🗣 How to do the Nitaai Breathing Exercise?

😤 1. First inhale deeply with your mouth closed. If you feel strained to inhale deeply, a natural inhalation will do.
🗣 2. Then audibly resonate the energizing sound of “Nitaai” by opening your mouth and exhaling:
👂 3. Start with a short “Ni”. Continue by resonating a long “taa”. And finish with a short “i”.
🎼 4. As you resonate the long sound of “taa”, please focus on its reverberation in your chest and throat.
🔂 5. This is one calming Nitaai Breath. It is thus called Nitaai Breathing. Repeat as per comfort. Eyes can be open or closed.
👅 “Ni” is pronounced like “ni” in “omni”. And “taai” like “tie”, but the “taa” is soft like in Spanish.
